Spin the Wheel (Çarkıfelek) Post-purchase gamification. After an order is completed, the customer spins the wheel and wins a small discount, free item, or bonus points. Creates a positive closing moment that lifts return visits.
Staff Discount Management Manage staff and friends-and-family discounts securely.
Ödenmez (Staff Credit) Management Staff benefit management. Each employee gets a monthly in-store credit ("Ödenmez", e.g. 10,000 TL). Staff spend it at your locations via the employee account in the loyalty app. Once the credit is used up, the configured staff discount (e.g. 50% off) kicks in automatically. All transactions are tracked and reportable.

What's the difference between Lite and Connected?

Connected integrates with your POS — basket-level points on every sale, automatic discounts at the register. Lite works independently of any POS; customers are identified by phone number or QR code, and your team uses a staff panel. If your POS can't be integrated or you'd rather skip integration, Lite is the right fit.

What's the difference between Connected and Connected Pro?

Connected runs one loyalty mechanic — either credit accumulation (parapuan, cashback-style) or a punchcard — with rewards delivered as fixed-amount or percentage discounts. Connected Pro lets you run both mechanics in the same program and unlocks item-based rewards (e.g. "a coffee of your choice on us") instead of just discounts. Pro also opens up enterprise add-ons like staff discount management, Ödenmez (staff credit) management, special group activation, and smart surveys.

Monthly vs annual — how do I choose?

Monthly gives you maximum flexibility — cancel anytime. The annual plan is billed monthly at a lower rate. Annual prepaid offers the deepest savings. If you're new to us, starting monthly makes sense; you can switch to annual later.

Is the setup fee one-time?

Yes, one-time. Setup covers integration, branding customization, staff training, and go-live. For Connected and Connected Pro, setup includes POS integration; Lite setup is faster because there's no integration step.

Which POS systems do you integrate with?

We work with the leading restaurant and retail POS systems used in Türkiye. To check whether your specific POS is on the list, request a demo — we'll share the integration list.

If I have 101+ locations, how is Connected Pro priced?

For chains with 101+ locations, we prepare a custom quote based on your location count, existing systems and target campaign structure. Contact us — we'll come back with a tailored quote within 1–2 business days.

How long is the contract?

No contract on the monthly plan — cancel anytime. 12-month plans require a 12-month commitment; afterwards, you can continue month-to-month or renew. We never lock you into multi-year contracts.
