About

Loyalty isn't just software — it's a discipline.

Since 2015, we've stood next to Türkiye's leading restaurant and retail brands. We know what loyalty actually looks like when it's done right — and we don't sell and disappear.

Bonobo started with a small team that saw something simple but mostly ignored: customer data is directly tied to whether a business survives. At the time, most loyalty programs ran on "stamp the card, give a discount" logic. Data sat at the register, nothing was learned, and when a customer stopped coming back, no one knew why.

We took a different path. We focused on going deep with POS integrations and basket-level data first. Knowing which customer comes in how often, what they actually buy, which promotion they responded to — that's where real loyalty starts. Without that foundation, everything else is just decoration.

Today we work with 140+ of Türkiye's leading brands across 700+ locations. We're still based in Istanbul, still a team that picks up the phone and helps directly. We don't ship software and disappear — we stay until the program actually moves the numbers.

By the numbers

We don't claim — we count.

  • 10+Years in restaurant & retail loyalty
  • 140+Of Türkiye's leading brands
  • 700+Active locations running loyalty
  • 30%Typical lift in member visit frequency

Customer and location counts are approximate; benchmark numbers are pulled from anonymized aggregate data of programs we run.

What we believe

Four simple principles.

01 Loyalty is not a discount.

A discount is short-term. Loyalty is a reason to choose you — the financial value comes after that. Most programs start by giving discounts, then ask "why didn't this work?" Real loyalty design creates a reason to come back without grinding margin to zero.

02 Without data, you're guessing.

"I know my customer" is a feeling, not data. Without basket-level data flowing in real time, a loyalty program is just a contact list. Measurement first; everything else follows.

03 Sell-and-forget software doesn't work.

A loyalty program isn't a project that gets installed and finished — it's a living practice. Finding the right campaign, defining the right segment, learning what message works — that's ongoing work. We share not just the software, but the running of the program.

04 Transparency starts with pricing.

Hidden fees, multi-year contract traps, "we'll tell you in the demo" pricing — these are old habits in the loyalty industry. Our prices are on the site, contracts start monthly, what's included in each plan is clear. The decision is yours.

"When we started with Bonobo, we thought 'loyalty = stamp card.' Within three months we could see which customer came back from which location, how often, and which birthday message brought them back. We can't go back to working without that."
